I’ve been taken aback by these micro environments sprawling all over Vienna . It’s amazing what they have done with just some boards of drift wood!

These designs speak of community care and trust in the neighborhood .

One can find books , children games and toys, micro gardens and the tools needed to take care and water them . Even tools for small bike repairs .

I think that by making a book about them , the author is giving credit to the hundreds of vienesse citizens that put their heart out there to take care of city life .

I hope that Vienna keeps their best secret to themselves , since there are many real state developers out there who are on the look for developing high rise condos and shopping malls .
